Arrangement Trip Conditions of Travel
What is not stated in this guide depends on our "arrangement agreement for travel arrangements" We will accept the following fee for contracts with individuals and groups of customers so we appreciate your understanding.
About application
※After filling in the application form specified by our company, we will deposit the application fee of 30% or more of the travel fee. Please note that the deposit will be settled when you pay the balance as part of the travel fee.
※We accept applications by text. In this case, we will separately submit application form and application fee to our company.
※Arranged travel agreement shall be concluded at the time the Company acceptsthe conclusion of the contract and accepts the deposit.
Travel service handling charge

Travel consultation fee (travel consultation contract)

(1) Consultation and advice for making a travel plan
Basic charge (up to 60 minutes) ¥ 2,200 ,after that ¥ 1,100 per 30 minutes
(2) Preparation of travel itinerary
Travel schedule ¥ 1,100 per day
(3) Estimate the cost required for travel
Basic charge ¥ 3,300. In the case of a combination of transportation agencies and accommodation organizations, travel schedule is ¥ 1,100 per day.
(4) Estimation of freight rates of transportation agencies
¥550 per case
(5) Information on tourist areas and transportation / accommodation organizations

(6) Consultation on business trips at customer's request
Increase ¥ 5,500 to the above rates from (1) to (5)
※We will not refund travel service handling fee even if you cancel travel due to customer's offer after the travel agreement is established. Also, even before delivery, if all or part of the arrangement has been completed, you will be charged a traveling business handling fee according to that percentage.
※In case special arrangements / emergency arrangements are made, the actual expenses will be charged as special communication expenses.
About cancellation / change
In addition to the cancellation fee determined by the accommodation and transportation agencies when the customer requests change or cancellation, we will charge the following fee as handling fee related to cancellation / change in addition to travel handling fee.

Arrangements between transportation agencies and accommodation agencies are compounded and group arrangements of 10 people or more are within 10% of the travel fee prior to the change in the part relating to travel change

If the reservation is canceled or not used, based on the staying date based on the staying date, the first night's accommodation fee will be charged for the cancellation fee according to the following rate and the remaining amount will be refunded. Our responsibility and disclaimer
- In carrying out the travel agreement, when the Company or the agent who made
arrangements damages the customer intentionally or by negligence, we are responsible for compensating for the damage. Provided, however, that only when there is a notice to the Company within two years from the day following the occurrence of the damage.
- Even if the customer suffers damages due to the following reasons, we are not responsible
for this section (1). Provided, however, that this shall not apply if intention or negligence of the Company or our agent's agent is proved.※Changing the travel schedule caused by natural disasters, warfare, riots or these, or ceasing traveling
※Damages caused by accidents such as transportation and accommodation agencies or fire
※Canceling the provision of services such as transportation and accommodation agencies or changing the travel schedule occurring due to these, or cancel travel
※Order from Japan or a foreign government office, isolation by foreign immigration regulations or epidemic diseases, or change of travel schedule caused by these, discontinuation of travel
※Accidents during free action
※Food poisoning
※theft
※Transportation delay, discontinuity, schedule change, route change etc, or change of travel schedule caused by these or shortening of destination stay time
- Regardless of the provisions of the same paragraph, regarding the damage of this paragraph
(1) arising in the baggage, the Company shall, as long as it is notified to the Company within 14 days from the day following the occurrence of the damage ,￥150,000 per customer (except when intentionally or serious negligence exists in our company) to compensate for the limit.
By travel agreement, travel terms with customers who sign a travel agreement
The Company shall establish a "telephone, postal, facsimile and other communication means" on the condition that "from the card member of the credit card company to which we are affiliated" to the prescribed voucher "payment of travel fee without member's signature"
You may receive an application for travel by.

- "Card use day" referred to in this section refers to the date on which the members and the Company should perform payment or refund obligation of travel fee etc. based on travel agreement.
- When applying for a communication agreement, the member will request the Company to inquire about the contents of "travel service", "departure date", "membership number", "card expiration date" etc. to be applied.
- The travel agreement with the communication agreement is established when we issue a notice to approve the application. However, when we notify by e-mail etc. method by electronic consent notice, it will be established when that notification arrives at the customer.
In the case of application by phone, it shall be established when our company accepts the application. In addition, in the case of application by mail, facsimile or other communication means, it shall be concluded at the time the Company issues a notice to approve the conclusion of the contract.
- In the case of trying to conclude a communication agreement, if part or all of the obligation related to the travel fee etc. can not be settled according to the card member rules of the affiliated company due to invalid credit card of the member, etc., We may refuse to conclude a contract for travel. We will receive payment of the travel fee for the amount stated on the contract document without the signature of the member to the prescribed voucher by the card of the affiliated company. In this case, the card use date shall be the date of the travel agreement establishment.
- Information related to the IT related information such as the Internet In the case of receiving a travel application using communication technology, a travel schedule, contents of the travel service, other traveling conditions, documents stating matters relating to the company's responsibility, contract documents or fixed documents When providing items to be stated in the written document by using the information communication technology instead of delivery, we confirm that the items recorded in the file provided in the communication device used by the member are recorded.
- If the communication device of the member does not have a file for recording the items described in the preceding paragraph 7, record the items in the file provided in the communication device used by the Company, Confirm that you have browsed.
Other
Regarding other matters, it depends on "Standard Travel Agreement
(Department of Order Travel Agreement)".
Regarding the cancellation fee of the facility, the accommodation terms of each facility are applied.
